What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. This is because all orders are pre-orders, meaning that each shirt is made specifically for the individual who orders it.

Can I pay online?
Invision Visuals accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments are made through PayPal.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy your shirts?
A PayPal account is not necessary. However, if you do have a PayPal account you can use it.
Is concealed cash accepted?
No. Concealed cash is not accepted.
How are orders shipped?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for packages weighing less than 13 ounces or Priority Mail for packages over 13 ounces. Tracking is available for orders shipped domestically.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. We use USPS First Class Mail International for all international orders. While no tracking number is provided, you will receive a customs form number.
When will I receive my order?
We recommend you allow 3-4 weeks to receive your order. Once you have placed your order, it takes two weeks for the shirts to be printed, 2-3 days for packaging, and 2-5 for shipping.
How do I make a size change / address change?
If you need to change your address or shirt size, email firstname.lastname@example.org. For address changes, send both the old address and the new address that you are changing to. For size changes, email the new size. Note that you cannot add or remove a shirt after placing your order so please double check that you are ordering the right shirt and size.
